Brooklyn Brewing released this beer as their winter seasonal. It is classified as a Scottish Ale as it is fashioned after the traditional Scottish methods. ABV 6%.
This beer pours a clear reddish orange color with a foamy white head.
Aroma is sweet, caramel malts, dry grains and a small bit of spice.
The flavor is sweet, grainy and spiced. Fairly straightforward.
